MOJITO

  • 10 Fresh Mint Leaves.
  • 50ml Backyard Vodka.
  • 15ml lime juice (freshly squeezed).
  • 12.5ml pure sugar cane
  • 20ml premium soda water of ginger ale. 
  • Garnish with wedge of lime and a sprig of mint.
  1. Muddle mint leaves, lime and sugar in a highball glass.
  2. Fill with crushed ice.
  3. Add Backyard Vodka.
  4. Stir, top up with soda water.
  5. Garnish with the wedge of lime and mint leaf.

BACKYARD BRAMBLE

  • 50ml Backyard Vodka.
  • 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice. 
  • 10ml pure sugar cane.
  • 15ml crème de mure.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice and blackberries.
  1. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Garnish with two blackberries and a lemon slice.

LEMON VODKA FIZZ 

  • 50ml Backyard Vodka.
  • 10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • 20ml premium tonic or sparkling water.
  • 10ml lemon syrup.
  1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add Backyard Vodka, lemon juice, and lemon syrup.
  3. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
  4. Top up with soda water.

COSMOPOLITAN 

  • 50ml Backyard Vodka .
  • 15ml triple sec.
  • 10ml freshly squeezed lime juice.
  • 30ml Cranberry juice.
  • Garnish with a orange peel twist.
  1. Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well and double strain into large cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with orange peel wheel twist.
